There was a series of 'em. They all revolved around little old ladies (one in particular) getting a burger from Other Burger Joint Inc., looking at a rediculously small patty on the bun and saying "Hey, Wherrrrrrrrrrrrrre's the BEEF?"
It was to promote the fact that wendy's used square patties, so you could see the burger hanging out of the edge of the bun.
