If you can see yourself giving head to your friend, then there is an underlying sexual attraction. Doesnt mean that if you can imagine giving a friend head that you are secretly in love with them, but just that its not entirely out of the question.

So if you girl has a lot of guy friends ask her if she can see herself giving head to any of them, if its a no, then its a real friendship, if its a yes, then there is some sexual shit (perhaps almost none at all, but still more than 0) going on.
