She is nice enough, but not really in a position to compete directly with the "solo teen" girls. She would need to develop a hook to make it go. She's that age where she isn't teen, isn't mature, isn't amateur (her look overall is a little too good)...
If she does hardcore, you could make her as the "girl next door" and build a whole spy cam / window peeping hidden video type site with her... that could be fun.
