That she has a shrill voice and may have 'cracked' for a brief moment doesn't mean she's mental or an alcoholic which is the conclusion many jumped to. Did she go too far? Perhaps, but that can happen when dealing with certain types of personalities.

But who knows what the situation is. It's just very reminiscient of stuff I've seen in real life and the person in the wrong is very obvious.
