Actually no I wouldn't. Law suits are ridiculous and usually a waste of time. Teach the kid that what he did was wrong, never hire the girl again and tell her parents.

You know, for a society that is constantly bitching about the government taking over our lives... we sure do run to them for help on some really stupid shit.
