Well.. here's my 2cents.. Our experience is that there is no simple formula for all of us to figure out how the processors are scrubbing. We switch between ccbill and paycom everyday. Some days we are using ccbill first and I often see threads here that same day where people are saying "ccbill must be scrubbing super hard my sales are horrible", but we'll notice that ccbill is kicking ass for us. Even though many of us are using our own affiliate software (nats, mpa3..ect..) and our own link codes, the processors are still able to track an affiliate ID from those codes so, they can scrub per program or per site or per affiliate at any given time (not positive they do but it's possible). Many of us program owners talk to each other.. shows, phone icq... One of our friends that does HUGE numbers figured out over a long term analysis that he does better with ccbill. Another friend does better with paycom. I don't think there's a cut and dry wholesale formula for scrubbing and which company is better. I think it's very random or possibly extreamly precise. Who knows?

Both ccbill and paycom are solid companies and we use (and love) them both. My best suggestion is to use a sponsor that cascades and also watches the numbers 24/7 like a hawk. If there's a scrub problem on a given day or god forbid a dos attack or tech problem for the biller we can switch companies instantly.
