lol..you don't have to cut your drinking just to lose weight not unless you are deciding to really quit drinking. beer is only 0.5% or less of alcohol . it is malt liquor which makes it high in calories than other aloholic beverages i used to have hard drinks but recently been drinking beer (my pals, yeah they all drink beer.. so who's with me for the tequila? i guess none... ) true that beer added lbs to my weight..darn..
