Personality can go a long way.
I don't know if your opinion of him is based on his board persona, which can certainly be abrasive, or a face to face meeting.
He's incredibly nice in person.
I don't make any assumptions about anyone I haven't met, because noone I've met who's an "Ass" on GFY is actually one in person...so far that is.
