that's amazing, when i joined as a paying member, my profile never got reviewed, so i could never message people. that's the KEY SELLING POINT for their fucking site.
i emailed a few times and never got a response. then i tried to cancel, and got some half-baked automated email "thank you for emailing. what is your issue?"
i said "i need to cancel my account, username ...." then i got back a confusing email asking me for some odd info, which i provided. then i got back another automated-looking email telling me that they needed my password to help me with support.
i told them listen, this is the worst customer support i've ever received. it's almost like no one was actually reading the email saying "cancel my account" all they kept doing was delaying it, with days in between. i told them if i got charged for another month while i'm waiting for them to cancel my shit i would tell visa i'm not paying it.
eventually my account was gone. i still don't know what the fuck went on. doesn't sound like 160 employees. are you sure they don't count primates as part of that 160?
on top of that the sites look old and archaic, almost like they haven't been updated since 1998..
but like you said, at least you can pimp it out to visitors and make some dough off of it. i'll never join that shitty service again.
