I wish I could 100% believe that. I do believe that their affiliate program misplaces transactions, but I also believe their scrub sucks when compared with others. I think anyone who cascades CCBILL and EPOCH would agree with me.
As for Epassporte, I have had almost zero problems with them. The only problems I've had is when trying to buy something with it at a smaller store that doesn't know what the fuck they are doing, and once when I used it to buy a $580 Dell monitor... Something about it being an international card. One phone call and it was good to go though...

It's all about being able to properly test and track the numbers. For our situation there is no comparison. I've run very fair and extensive tests comparing paycom and ccbill and ccbill wins hands down everytime.
It's easy to say the SCRUB is too high. If this is regarding sites you promote maybe you should take a look at who you are promoting. See if the site is high quality. See if they are chargeback/credit potential. See if they have a proven track record. All of those factors will play a LARGE roll in the signups you get with that sponsor.
And I invite anybody to try to prove me wrong regarding the affiliate tracking program. I'm not here to bad mouth Ccbill. They are my processor and i love them

You have to remember ccbill's specialty is PROCESSING not affiliate software. They provide the affiliate software as a bonus to the companies that are not willing to run their own. You can't expect a feature that is an add on for one company to be able to compete with a program that is the specialty of another. Hence ccbill's affiliate program can not compete with the tracking of say X3's Partnersoft or Mpa3.
