Sorry but it appears to me that this wasn't "public info" at all but was most certainly "public bashing from unknowned people on wich we can't rely"....
Public info would be from a news paper, info sites, legal docs, etc....not from irc or chat rooms or whatever....
Did you verify the info before posting it or did you just assume the people were saying the truth?
