? This form may NOT be used for on-site registration
? A$35 fee will be charged for all returned checks
? Badges will not be replaced if lost or stolen
? No one under 18 years old permitted on show floor at anytime
? Valid government issued identification will be required on-site to pick up your lanyard and badge holder
? Admittance into the hotel will not be allowed without a badge
