dont try this if you are scared of screwing up things in IE

create a file and call it desktop.ini

inside this file put the following line
[.ShellClassInfo]

copy this file to your Temporary Internet Files directory

you should then be able to see all your hidden directories that make up the cache

if u really want to delete the contents of the cache download bcwipe; its a free multipass eraser (just search for it)

u can also set up batch files with bcwipe to delete your cookies and history etc on start-up
