Is this a potential solution? I'm sure lawmakers would say it isn't good enough, but that isn't what I'm asking. Is this a viable solution that COULD and WOULD potentially work? Or am I missing something?

I think Bill Gates should include a IEKids with windows that only works on obvious non adult sites period. If their parents want to add more sites in the list they could do that but out of the box nothing retarded. Might as well face the fact that parents won't keep up with their kids and do something about it.
