I'm having some SERIOUS problems sleeping at night. I would lay down at 12am and toss and turn until 4:30 or 5! A good friend of mine who is a recovering alcoholic told me to eat a bowl of ice cream 30 minutes before bed. I did that last night and slept like a dead man!
He said something about your body breaking alcohol down into sugar and when you quit drinking your body is looking for that sugar. Interesting fact and it worked!
By the way, I haven't drank for 2 weeks and haven't felt this good in years!
