Harassment my ass. A good faith argument could be made that a pornographer in the neighborhood, close to children, is a danger to the community. All you need is the right community leader with heavily conservative values to run with it and you could sit back and laugh.
The fact that he's a gay pornographer could break the camels back for the right person though.
