Depends on how much risk you want to take. On the conservative site, if they send you out one of those convienence checks where they offer money interest free for 6 months to pay off bills and stuff and it has a low enough maximum transaction fee, you can usually deposit the money into a savings account and make some money and then make sure to pay it off before the end of the promotion. I am earning 3% interest on about $60,000 this way at ING Direct. If you or anyone else wants to open an account there, post your email and I will send an invitation that will put $25 into your account. BTW, I assume you are talking about credit card lines of credit.
