the company i used to work for most recently refused to take adult customers.

and they went broke.

we almost took them as a customer, then
the 'board' decided it would tarnish their image. six months later, if you went their
site, it was a page put up by their hosting
company saying they ran out on $200k worth of hosting and bw bills.

i still think managed services hosting of adult sites is a viable business model, in fact am rolling on putting something together along those lines.
