What you are experiencing is Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS). It hits hardest 24 to 48 hours after your workout.

Working out should not hurt. Sore yes, hurting is your body's way of telling you something is wrong.

Do yourself a favor, get a trainer.
