We're currently setting up a new billing system.
The billing system works similar to a dialer, except that the user does not need to install any software but has to physicaly call a number and enter a code after which he gets access to content for the duration of the call, or alternatively (for certain countries) builds up credit so that for for instance a 5 minute call he gets 24 hours access to content. The system is very user friendly (unlike dialers) and converts great.
We'll be offering the system to pornsite owners and resellers in a similar reseller->webmaster structure as dialers used to use. Many of those resellers are sort of running their own webmaster program but don't have their own content. We want to be able to offer our billing system / reseller system as a complete package to these resellers and need a high quality pornsite which will give good holdtimes and repeat calls. We're not really into content ourselves, we built our own members area with our previous billing system dialeraccess.com but it was basically a mess and cost us much too much time.

It would be great if we can make a deal with someone to give our surfers access to your pornsites, and can pay you a percentage (5% of reseller rates) of the reveneue of the calls.
I beleive this would be very lucrative for you as well as for us. We get good holdtimes, repeat calls, and happy resellers. You get high paying short term "members" without having to do any marketing effort for it.
All you need to do to make this work is install a little cgi script that allows us to add and remove ip addresses to a part of your .htaccess, that's it from the technical side we handle everything else. We put in the surfers ip address when he calls in and remove it when he hangs up.
