Hello everyone,
I have chosen not to post before but instead just watch and learn but i could not let an opportunity like this go to waste so it has brung me out from the shadows.
I first tried my luck in this industry about 6 months ago, at the time i had a stable job and it was just for some 'fun money' that i could spend as i pleases. I did ok for a bit making about a hundred bucks a week from freehosted galleries with sponsor content. But things got tougher at work and i had less and less time in the evenings and weekends so i had to give it up and concentrate on my proper job, somthing which i now later regret. Three weeks ago my company decided to cut a load of jobs and it seems the extra work i had been doing was not enough to keep me there and i was made redundant.
I was given the equivalent of about $2000 redundancy pay as i had not been at my job long but as you well know with rent and food to pay for $2000 doesnt last too long, i have been looking for a job and been taking interviews for nearly three weeks now but with no success so last week i decided to have another shot at this industry.
Last week i purchased Adult Submitter and 7 content sets from zipcontent and have been building galleries and configuring the program to my needs based on my previous results. I was planning on signing up at cologroup on their 50c a gig deal and try my luck with the tgp game again but seing this post tonight i thought id try my luck at some free hosting.
Now im not sure if i could use all the bandwith offered byyou Brad but i will certainly try if you give me the chance, free hosting will also give me the chance to buy more content instead of paying it for bandwith. It would certainly be a great help to get me back on my feet, thanks for the opportunity.
Well, thats my case for you. I have no doubt though that im not the only 'Poor Bastard' on the board so good luck to everyone else in a similar situation or worse.
