Sealing pairs of worn pussy-smelling panties in baggies and mailing them in exchange for money shouldn't be a crime in my opinion, and I have trouble believing that it is. Like others have said, there must be more to this case. If the argument is simply that the items were "worn" or "used", then that gives rise to all sorts of legal defenses and parallels.
