Yep.. it's a postal thing.. if she'd been using ups or fedex, would probably have been a different story.. Don't know what their policies are, but they're not govt. operated, so chances are she would have just been told they wouldn't accept any other shipments from her. I doubt they could consider her drawers hazardous material under federal law...
