yes i sent him the entire thread, the screen shots. everything. he took what i said out of context and turned it around. its defamation as my lawyer clearly outlined.

I will give you some free advice, that your attorney has probably already given you, or would if he knew what you were doing. Leave it to your attorney.
You really should discontinue all contact and discussion with a potential defendant. You are not helping your cause at all.
