Not really because you ALSo have to clearly label the package with its contents being identified by the 4 digit chemiical code present on the the red "diamond shaped" insignia that accompanies chemicals and their transportation.
Just packing it well and in a biobaggy wont mean much, sicne the box itself has to CLEARLY STATE the materials "code", which "shitty panties" I dont think has a Hazard Code hehehe....
