amen sista!! I think it's all a matter of respect. I refused to date within the industry from the start and then as I now have gotten to know certain ppl in the industry over the years, like anyone else, I have met soem wonderful ppl whom I call friends and have met ppl that I really care about. Now it's all about making it work and knowing our boundaries.
