If its the ads/links you are on the scoreboard. If its the pictures, or the white squares around them, you are sunk from the beginning.
Your text links are the problem. They're in one color, no rollover action, they don't give me any incentive to click at all. I can get free indian pics from the damn TGP, why click on your link?
