Another little fact. People say, "if I did not have my helmet on, my skull would have cracked." Guess what the first thing is a surgeon does in case of severe head trauma. Yep, crack the skull to relieve pressure of fluids on the brain.

Oh come one BD don't tell me you are that ignorant.
You need to get a new helmet after you dropped it (big drop that is) cause its looses its strenght cause the structure can be damaged. So when you get in an accident the helmet will protect your head, after the accident you have to replace it. Comon sense I think.
For the surgery part, come on man. There is a diffrence in cracking your skull on a road or when the surgeon "cracks" it.
You probably don't want to wear a seatbelt in a car to I asume?
