No thats not correct. At the bottom of each chathost's page it will say " This chathost is ClickCash-Compliant." if it is ok for you to use her content. IF it does not say that then you can't use her content. You don't have to contact them individually.

I do have a lot of chathost on my site, teamclickcash, and they do custom content for webmasters and upload content to my site for us to use.

BTW, I am 100x nicer the epic cams ;)
