I worked with a program for awhile that took in Russian webmasters... and other assorted webmasters from other soviet states.
After you weed out all the cheaters, there is one other real big problem that used to piss me off to no end.
Those motherfuckers NEVER get their checks. I dont know what your fucking postal service is doing over there, but they needs some serious help.
Every god damn day I would have emails from Russians.. I didnt get my check, I didnt get my check, I didnt get my check, when did checks go out, send me my check... day after day after day.

A Russian wanting to know where his check for 25.00 is will hound you 6 times a fucking day. Now get 30 of them wondering why their check didnt make it to Kamchtkastan, and it makes for painful customer service.
