I see the other post now referencing the issue of quality, saying that was always the issue. I think what we're all wondering is there anything that could be done by BDS to make the situation right and have you pay the bill or is this just beating a dead horse? I don't know. I've bought a lot of design work before and paid for quite a bit even that I didn't like. Some of it was a result from bad designers, others was simply my bad direction.
