As a general rule I prefer to keep business and personal in their different segment. Not to say I would never ever date someone from the biz, but as a general rule, I prefer dating outside of it.
I prefer the happy wholesome's, as opposed to biz folk. When I leave my office at the end of the day, last thing I want to do is talk about work. I prefer the better half to equal out the smut of the dark side.
