It took a year and a half. 300-310lbs down to 210 (as of last night)
Fucking hard work, but it goes to show if you stick to something it will pay off. But you absolutely MUST want it more than anything in the world. I hit rock bottom and it was this or.... well who knows. My life was in the gutter because of my weight.
Watch the sugar and bread intake... you'll be fine. And remember to exercise. I did absolutely ZERO cardio to get here, but I had to start running to get down the last few lbs recently. Working out will help results go faster.
