No it's a very narrow one way lane that is about 2.5 miles long, goes through the woods and along the water... it's a scenic thing... there's only like 3 spots throughout where you can pull over. That's why I was so pissed. It's like "where the fuck are you going? Gotta be somewhere? wtf?"
