she would get on a fitness phase for about 1-2 week
she goes to the gym and pedals the recumbent bike on level 1 for 12 minutes while covering the display with a towel and magazine.
during the 56 kcal burn of the bike, she will consume 450kcals of gatorade.
then she lounges in the steam room and yentas with the other fat pigs
finally she gets an "energizing" 1200kcal smoothy.
she does this for 2 weeks and gains 4lbs and quits.
then it is back to the fried jalopeno pppers and some bullshit excuse about not having the time.
