As someone living in venezuela I find that laughable...the corruption is rampant and there are more people living in the streets than with the previous government.Unemployment is rising and his buddies are on his way to destroying PDVSA (the oil industry).
Don`t believe the government propaganda Chavez is spending millions of our money on.
