We just went through the same thing with them, it's a fuckin nightmare to deal with these assholes. We eventually had to have the bank reverse the charges.

Worst part of it is we never signed up for the dial-up shit, it was some other cross-sell or promotion they were doing that required a credit card for identity verification. M$ took it upon themselves to start hitting the card for the dial-up service.
