doesn't make sense, microsoft says cancelled, visa says it hasn't been. everyone's been nice on the phones, even me. i'm gonna call visa back. normally people give you a cancellation confirmation number. micro doesn't have anything like that. their system shows cancelled. the lady put in another cancellation at micro for me.
i'm more pissed at the hoops that you have to jump through to cancel with them. if it were an adult site and you had to search so hard to figure out how to cancel, (not referring to the old days) visa would fuck you so hard. because its microsoft they can make it hard to cancel. thats what pissed me off.
took me forever to weed through the B.S. and misleading terminology to cancel.
