Nad- you are giving me a run for my money bro. Too cold ;)
Seriously~
It is sad to see that iBill still has employees there that actually believe mgmt. Has anyone experienced the new regime at iBill actually putting their money where there mouth is? (serious question)
They owe a lot of people a lot of money. A number of small to mid sized companies went under for cryin out loud.
At the very least, I hope everyone walked away from this unfortunate experience learning this- NEVER put all of your eggs in one basket. In this day and age, the smartest thing anyone could do is to use several processors. Mitigate your risk. Cascade, cascade, cascade!! In the last four years +/- Paycom & iBill lost their merchant accounts and a dozen or more payment processors closed their doors for good. It is a lot easier to handle losing 1/3 or 1/2 of your revenues, than it is to lose EVERYTHING.

Best of luck to everyone out there.
