I have a problem too, but it's with my connection ...Perhaps someone can help?

I have a MAJOR problem with my cable connection, I have to reboot my PC at least 30 times before I can get a connection. It always says "There is no connection currently available. Please
press work offline if you would like to work offline" or some junk like that. I cannot ever renew my ip because I always get an eror "DHCP server is not available", and I even tried unplugging the cable modem and cords for 10 min and plugging everything back in and sometimes it works, sometimes not. I called Roadrunner tech support MANY times and they just make me d0 all the stuff I just mentioned. I know that if I re-star my pc I'm gonna have a hard time getting online again

Does anyone know what is wrong?
