i'm sure it would have been handled the exact same way where ever in the world this may have happend if it happend in the US i'm sure when they saw some asshole running away from them with a oversized jacket on they'd take his ass out to... whats safer? taking the chance and letting him get on the train or taking him out and saving the lives of the people on the train that he could have possibly killed...
