Good news is, the charges got thrown out of court.

Ironically, this is in Los Angeles.

i just got arrested, here's the fucked-up story...

last friday morning in traffic, this chick (about 30 years old) put on her
right signal to get in front of me so she could turn right...thing is, she
could turn right from her own lane, it went straight AND right

so i didn't let her over, and she she laid on the horn for at least 30
seconds...she was waving her arms at me and saying shit and had a
pissed off look on her face...

i was in a good mood, so i let it go for a minute...finally, she pushed
my buttons and since we were stuck in traffic, i got out, went to her
window and said, "both lanes turn right, you stupid fucking bitch!"

she thought it was funny, she had this smirk on her face, and THAT
pissed me off, so i punched her window (didn't break it) and got back
in my car

she held up a piece of paper and smiled, to let me know that she was
taking down my license plate #. i didn't care, i didn't think anything
would come of it

an hour later, i got arrested by the California Highway Patrol...turns out
she said that i told her "if you honk at me one more time, i'm gonna kill
you, you fuckin' bitch!" (SHE'S LYING TO GET ME IN MORE TROUBLE)

so the charge is "Making Terrorist Threats," a felony, and my bail was
set at $50,000...i had to pay a bail bondsman $5000 to get out of jail,
$170 to get my car out of impound, and i missed a day of work...and i
haven't even had my arraignment yet...if i have to hire an attorney, it's
gonna be THOUSANDS more

if she had been honest, i probably would have been charged with some
misdemeanor and it wouldn't be nearly so bad....

does anyone have any experience/advice in this matter? my
arraignment is february 3rd

and let this be a lesson to you hotheads out there, like me...it
SUCKS...my BJJ instructor charges $105 a month, so i basically just lost
5 years of BJJ training dues...and i didn't even get to KTFO anybody, or
anything that would make it even a little bit worthwhile
