I'm a bit confused.
When this story broke on GFY almost a year ago - you said you had every intention of paying, you were just too busy to respond to my emails / icq's for the past year.
You then said you weren't going to pay because I ruined the launch of your new website by posting the work on GFY.
You never once mentioned you had any concerns about the design itself or it's quality (we did around 15 versions for you and carried out all the changes you required)
And now, after two years, while I'm still unpaid for the design, you've got a new excuse.
So can you make up your mind and stick to one excuse? It's pretty weak when you keep changing, it really makes any potential case you have look pathetic.
So, what do you say to this? Am I telling the truth or are you lying?
