I second that...this is just fucked up,shooting a man five times while he is down.I dont care if he was running or not.
Maybe he didn`t understand what was going on, the guy is brazilian and the cops where not properly identified.I know that if I see a bunch of unfriendly looking people,running at me and shouting in a language I don`t understand I would very probably run.
