ummmm... a designer does what you TELL him to do. if you give'em creative freedom, that's your personal decision. its not the designer's job to determine what will & won't sell. "sub-standard" could be the person just not liking the concept THEY gave when they actually saw it completed (or nearly complete) but the designer is STILL OWED FOR HIS TIME.
BDS does hot work period. they aren't the fastest turnaround but their work is on point. i know, check out the new look they gave
OnProbation - i don't know you European Lee but you're fuckin up on this one... pay'em their money & move on.... hell, it would probably be best to just work out some sort of deal with them. they've always been agreeable when it comes to differences in ideas when we've had an issue of that nature. top notch guys in my book
