It's possible if you are married and have 2 steady incomes, but alone, and this young, they'll laugh so hard and slam the door on your way out, you'll never believe it. Here, a univ graduate can loan around 100K$ with his first job (management, univ degree). Houses range from 200-500K$ here depending where you are.
