I had tomlinson last year and won my league, but I was picking 3rd.
I would seriously consider picking up Manning with that top pick. He always puts up monster #'s and running back won't. You will still be able to pick up a top notch rb when it comes around. It's the second running back that is gonna be hard to get. There are alot of rookies gonna be starting, and you can probably pick on up in the lower rounds and hope for the best.
