HELP! - Nikon D70/SB-800

Ok.... shot video for last 8 years. Other then white balance I use it pretty much in auto mode. Hold it still and point. Never picked up a still camera. Changing that. Bought the Nikon D70 and the SB-800 flash. Got the Nikkor 18-70mm lens.

I'm using my video hotlights (3200k) to light the scene and then my hope is that the SB800 will just fill, but the flash is at 5600k. It's got a incandescent setting on the camera, and a gel for the flash. The quick question is, does Incandescent = 3200k? The manuals never give a temperature to define incandescent. If it doesn't = 3200, what do I do to match them other then gel my hotlights? Sorry, I'm total noob when it comes to still camera work.
