If I was to live in Cali I would need to work a lot harder but around here I can retire in a few years. My $350k house looks like a 3 million dollar house in Cali so it does have it's perks. You are right though phogirl69 there is no beach and I do love the beach and it gets 20 below zero in the winter so very cold also. For what it's worth it's 100 out today and I have been swimming all morning. Melissa
