I strongly believe our society is packed full of bad parents (especially Roman Catholic ones, as they are not 'allowed' to wrap willy) that had some intrinsic or inherit need to reproduce without using common sense ('can I commit all my time, effort and love to this HUGE responsibility).
I believe it is getting close to the point where people need to be tested on their parenting skills, and if the 'couple' fail, no wah-wah!
